Efficient Construction
and Design

The AEROTOWER is expertly constructed using durable PVC pipes, forming a robust structure that supports optimal plant growth. The towers are molded to accommodate 2-inch pots, allowing for the use of either 2” net cups or “pool noodle” rings. These components securely hold the growing media and plants in place, ensuring stability and ease of maintenance. The base of the unit functions as the reservoir for the closed-loop aeroponics system, storing the nutrient-enriched water required for plant growth.

At the core of the AEROTOWER’s functionality is its advanced aeroponics water management system. The base houses a pump controlled by a timer, which regulates the flow of nutrient-rich water to the top of the unit. The water then cascades down through each tower, ensuring that the roots receive the necessary moisture and nutrients. The timer cycles the pump on for one minute and off for six minutes, allowing roots to absorb oxygen and nitrogen from the air during the dry periods, promoting healthier and more vigorous plant growth. This aeroponics approach enhances efficiency while reducing water waste, making it a sustainable choice for home gardening.

System and Durability

A standout feature of the AEROTOWER is its integrated filtration system, designed to minimize maintenance and extend the lifespan of the pump. The filter removes debris from the water as it circulates, reducing the frequency of pump cleaning and preventing potential clogging issues. This not only ensures consistent water flow but also prolongs the life of the pump, allowing for reliable and uninterrupted operation.

For added convenience and peace of mind, the AEROTOWER offers an optional water backup system. Available with or without a 20/55-gallon plastic food-safe barrel, this system provides an extra reservoir of water to maintain optimal conditions during high-demand periods. Additionally, a backup unit that fits into the tower ensures that water levels are maintained as needed, further safeguarding your plants and ensuring continuous growth.
